Mixed A++ and D- experience all in one!

They fixed and cleaned my vaccum cleaner. Works really well now. Turn around extreamly fast.

Remember how Godfreys tried to sell you the bagless plastic attachment that didn't work? After being screwed over by Godfreys twice for junk that didn't work, I was determined not to be with this new crowd. Just like Godfreys tried to upsell me a new vaccum I didn't need when I went in for servicing.

While giving me the sales pitch of why I needed a new vacuum cleaner he broke my filter foam extension by trying to roll it over the filter. (see pictures) I didn't really mind given he said the entire filter would need to be changed and charged me $50 for before he broke the foam. Apon pick up the vacuum was in top shape, I was really impressed with their technician! But there was no changes to the filter and the broken foam was not replaced.

So they broke my foam filter, charged me for a replacement (before breaking the original) and didn't replace.

The reason I feel mixed about it is the technician did a great job of fixing the vacuum. $139 seemed reasonable for such a job. But im kinda annoyed because they broke my foam inlet, charged me for a replacement of filter and foam inlet and left that part in worse shape.
