Great shop. Been there before to buy minor items. This time my gears were misbehaving.
He immediately identified the problem, said how much it cost to repair, and when it would be ready.
Ready on time, and charged just what he’d said.

Great little hidden gem of a shop. Total specialists in ebikes. They really know their stuff and take the time to help. Bought a bike from them a few weeks ago took it back for some tweaks and new bike check over/service. Picked it up just now and not charged a cent for the labour, just the add-ons!

AVOID - Went there a while back to get my son's flat fixed. I also gave my bike in to check if the inner tube was fine with instructions to replace if it wasn't.
Came back and my son's bike was fixed, the man told me my tube was fine BUT he replaced it anyway
I was then charged for the new tube in my bike + labour... for something I didn't need He then STOLE my perfectly fine inner tube...

It is ridiculous but it happened, hence the review...

I’ve been going to Tony for years to get my bikes repaired. Always found him an upstanding, honest guy who charges realistic prices and does a fabulous job.
However I’m an attractive younger single female cyclist, and unfortunately in the past 12 months or so, since his elderly wife has started ‘helping out’ in the shop, the standard has gone down. Recently I had to leave two bikes there over the long weekend, and when I got them home, my bikes suddenly have loose bolts, bent wheels, and faulty gears. Hence the 1 star review. Sorry Tony
* Meant to add that both my bikes are now unrideable since Tony threw them in the back of my car during the same visit, damaging the chainguard , and derailing the chains … avoid these guys if you’re looking for quality and reliability

Managed to get my electric bike in for a service within 48hrs and had it back the same day. Rides like new again! Highly recommend, paid $90 for the service and it's great supporting a local business in my suburb. I wish I took a before & after photo as my bike looks brand new again 🙂

Great shop with fantastic service. Went on a Sunday for a new wheel, chain and cassette which was all in stock with great advice and quality parts.
Took the bike for gear adjustment and it now rides so smoothly, thanks Tony for bringing my bike back to life!

These people's lack of product knowledge on their electric bike kits was going to cost me an additional $100 to fix the problem they caused. They refused to cover the cost even though I had just spent $3000 with them. They missed out in the end, as I am now in the market for accessories and a new mountain bike. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. They even called me 'pedantic' because I wanted my $3K purchase to be in perfect condition. In hindsight, I should have even asked them to repair the scratches they left on my paintwork when installing the electric kit.
