We engaged Ace for edge protection services for a commercial solar installation project in Nerang, based on their impressive Google reviews (33 five-star ratings). Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected.

From the outset, there were several red flags in communication and reliability. The job was scheduled two weeks prior to our project start date and confirmed via email to be installed on a Monday. That morning at 7:00 AM, we received a message confirming installation would occur around lunchtime. They failed to show up.

Over the next three days, we were given multiple timeframes—Tuesday morning, then Tuesday afternoon, then again on Wednesday morning. Despite these assurances, the team never arrived on site, and no work was completed.

This pattern of missed commitments and poor communication demonstrated a lack of professionalism and reliability. As a result, I cannot recommend this business based on our experience.

Have used Ace Edge Protection on multiple re roofing jobs with no issues what so ever. Always on time. No job too hard for them they always come up with a safe solution. The whole team are very professional and friendly.
Could not recommend a better edge protection company.
