Great company to deal with. I have purchased render, paint and other materials from Active Building Systems on many occasions and they have always gone above and beyond for me. Our company has had a terrible experience dealing with this company. They quoted to supply/install their cladding system Their quality control is very average. Their quote is not thorough which allows them to argue that was not included. They never installed damp course under their joint system as outlined in their installation booklet and now their lawyer is saying its not a requirement....surprise , surprise. Nor did they come and fix cracked cladding because they had forgot to put in an expansion joint. Had to pay someone else to come and do it.

My name is Abdunosir Kodirov. I bought a render bags for indoor use, after getting recommendation from a stuff member who works at Ezy Coat. He said this render was suitable for the job. I applied the render to wall then after 2 days it start to crack. Went back to Ezy Coat, explained everything, they said the guy who recommended those render bags to me, will come by n see the site. But he never showed up. So went there again, they said same thing. So i said ok.
All render came off the wall like old skin n i had to redo the job all over again. Not happy at all. I lost money n they just dragging this on n on.

If i could give them -5 stars i would . Its absolutely a joke how they treat their customers . They have sent me a wrong order over and over again and then the last time they took it they sent me a email that once they are completed they will refund me the amount and they took it but never refunded me for the itams they took . Never ever will i buy for any of my projects koolwall from you . Or recording you to anyone in my life . Anyone reading this stay away unless u like to chase people for money . The matter was sent today to fair trading and will see how i go from there . You should be ashamed of ur disrespectful company you run
