Ads are very poorly made especially for the price. I put in for an ad and the mockup used low quality stock images with word art, so I then decided to just do the add myself and get the voice acting done through them, only to find a poorly worded quote with a spelling error on their website, which wouldn't bother me if it wasn't an advertising agency the specifically handles this kind of thing for others. After getting in contact with them they agreed to it and sent over the script to which they promptly replied with suggested changes that made it clear that they haven’t actually read anything I had sent them. I then made it even clearer as to what I wanted by explaining everything I had sent to them as again they didn’t actual properly look, to which I was then also told that to make further changes as she said the script was to long. I was aware of this but couldn’t cut anything else out, and although I knew the final product would sound a little rushed, I still wished to do it but was just repeatedly told that I could have no more than 40 words, and that she was a professional and knew what she was talking about.
