They turned up when they said they will, gave a reasonable quote with itemised deliverables so I know what will be done and what I'm paying for, explained to me the issues in simple language when I had questions, showed up to do the work when they said they will, and completed the work as expected. The initial consult was prompt, professional and gave us confidence to proceed. Upon approval of quotes, material deliveries and the installation team arrived on the agreed day. During the first week (five sunny days!) the team were diligent, friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for better. A progress update later. And the final result was outstanding. Including a scrupulous cleanup at the end.

After the initial shock of having to pay $120 for a quote, we had ADKO do a repair of a cladding board, pretty straight forward. We also had them replace shingles over our bay window. The original shingles are over 30yrs old, so not surprised that they were being replaced with totally different looking shingles. What disappointed me was not that they were short of the number of shingle pieces when they started work, when they got the additional shingles and came back on the second visit, they were still short; a second time! What happened to measurements?
To be fair, once the work recommenced, John did a very professional job. He ensured that the area was watertight between visits, as the weather was wet between his visit.
My other gripe is that I had to chase up when John was returning between visits, maybe he was on other jobs or just because of the inclement weather forecast.
I had another company doing work for me around the same time, and I was always updated by them as to when I could expect them on-site, that was so useful for my planning.
Overall, ADKO did a good job, but some room for improvement.

I had a tricky stormwater situation and ADKO did a brilliant job investigating the existing problems, and then working with me to develop the best solutions despite the constrained environment.
The team listened to my input and preferences, but also clearly explained what would and wouldnt work (and why). They also did a great job replacing a damaged skylight and some cracked roof tiles.
