Advance Metal Industries did a beautiful job on our French Doors. There are always a few hiccups but everything was done to our satisfaction. We came across a problem a couple of years after the installation and nothing was too much trouble to get it right. I would thoroughly recommend this company especially its fantastic customer service.

All my windows and sliding doors were provided and installed by AMIA. There were a couple of little issues that were addressed reasonably well.
I recently contacted the company regarding a problem with my stacker sliders being quite heavy to open.
I was promised a call back with a price to upgrade the rollers to 'doubles", apparently the new standard. No call back happened. I rang again and left a msg for a call back with the reception staff member. No callback. I rang a 3rd time, spoke to the salesman I had originally spoken to. He promised an email with pricing. No email.
In the interim I got another opinion from someone who actually came to my house and checked the problem. All fixed now. No thanks to AMIA!

The worst I have ever delt with would not recommend at all still waiting for my call back from 6 months ago. I have tried multiple times to get in contact but get the same response. Told I would get a call but never happens.... not happy
