Very professional, easy to deal with and competitively priced. Unfortunately, due to having a 1930 QLD and wanting the sail in the front yard, I found out BCC were very unlikely to approve the structure so I couldn’t go ahead. I was very disappointed as it would have looked great! However, if I need a shade sail in the future I will definitely be going back to Advanced Sail Structures.

So impressed with this Company. Seriously look no further.
Firstly it's very hard to get quotes for shade sails particularly if it is not commercial. One company took 3 weeks to come & do a quote & another never contacted me despite 3 online quote requests. Advanced was out in 2 days to do a quote.
Secondly cost - Advanced was by far the most competitive quote so do yourself a favour & get a quote from these guys & save some money.
Thirdly job turnaround. Obviously every job is uniquely designed & manufactured and generally 4-6 weeks is quoted before installation. What a huge surprise I got coming home from work to find my new shade sail installed only 2 weeks after I accepted their quote.
So don't waste your time with companies too busy to do your smaller job - they are flat chat making mega bucks chasing commercial installs & will overquote you as they don't really want or need your job.
Advanced is truly 'advanced'. Professional, competitive, quality product (15 years warranty) & fast. What more do you need.
Apart from that Robert was professional & honest & a pleasure to deal with.

I highly recommend this company.
They repaired the shade sail over our pool; the strainer wire had broken due to inappropriate/incorrect installation from the company who originally made the sail. Advanced sail structures amended the wire attachments so that it will last much longer this time. And they installed a new post and reset one of our existing posts.
They did the work in a timely manner at a much more reasonable cost than was quoted by other companies.

I am delighted with both the service I received and the shade sail itself. I was a little concerned getting a shade sail because the driveway has quite a slope, but it looks fantastic! A friend used them, and were happy, so I didn't bother getting multiple quotes, I just went with these guys. They came and gave me a price that seemed fair. I let it go a while before giving them the go-ahead (just because I'm slack!) but they never pestered or bothered me. Once I agreed everything went ahead smoothly. Their installation team were very nice. Very happy. Well done everyone!

Advanced sails installed a fairly large sail over our pool. We are very happy with the shade sail, with the quality of the product, the workmanship and the price. We dealt personally with Leah and Robert who were both a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending your company to every one I know who has a pool (or needs shade)
