They get good regular carers and then they are no sooner leaving. Carers are nit trained properly sometimes which is sad for the residents because they are the ones that suffer. Poor communication between management and family. Apparently there is a hydro therapy bath that's never used. Mum would love it if the staff was capable to use it. Over 2 years mum has been there. She would move but she can't take that view which keeps her there.

I had a very bad experience working there. I started working there in end of 2022 and left in jan 2024.The manager never understood the problems of the staff. I applied for one day leave a month ago for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and the manager rejected it 2 days before the party and said how can you hold the party on that day if you are on the roster. Some cooks in the kitchen don't even have the etiquette to talk to the staff. Everyone thinks that they are the boss. Every day I feel stressed and anxious because of over work load.
I felt very good after leaving this job. I worked here for 1.5 years but I regret why I didn't leave this job earlier.

I have a dear friend in there I never see any staff getting him into any activity's he is always stuck in he's room
It takes a long time before a staff member attends to him
I think most people look at the flash surroundings it looks more to a hotel than a nursing home.
You hardly see any staff around.
It doesn't have environment of a nursing home

I go visit my dad almost every day. He is in the memory challenge ward. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the staff in here like Amy, Nicole, Bola, Rick and all the nurses these residents would be lost, and so would I. They understand what both residents and families go through and I thank them for that

Not happy.

One star is for the stunning view, one star for the lovely carers and nursing staff who work so hard. Unfortunately that is where it stops. There is only so much the staff can do when they are being stretched to their limits.

We all thought Dad was purchasing into somewhere where he was going to be looked after. Four times we have made an appointment for the Dr to visit Dad. Four times I have waited for the Dr for over five hours to not visit.

There is a communication problem with management.

Now that Dad is in a permanent room, things have changed since admission.

Very poor planning post completion. Having elderly visitors walk up a ramp then a considerable distance in the elements to the front door is archaic, especially when a serviceable lift is available on the same level as the visitor parking allocations.

This isn’t just an uneducated opinion, I have a masters degree in architecture.

I would recommend this for anyone looking for the best care for their loved ones.
