Had a DQ554 for over 3 years, it has been worked very hard and is still going strong. The team has always looked after me with parts and advice even though I tend to do all the work myself. Service and replacement parts are all reasonably priced. Would buy from them again for sure.

I bought an ak304 . I took 8 hrs to learn the controls . Then the gearbox broke causing it to crash into a tree . I rang the dealer in Seymore vic . He said the warranty was for parts only . He told me to take it to a mechanic . 12 months later I,ve got it back with 4 new bearings 1 gear and a new clutch . The slasher needed straightening . The dealer has since refused to cover any costs . It cost me $8480 to get it back . This companies head office in qld doesn,t return calls apparently . The worst company I ,ve ever dealt with . .Your responce is the biggest pack of lies I have ever heard . The tractor was delivered to Seymour dealers recomended mechanic after only a few weeks of buying it . The gearbox blowing 4 bearings . The repairs did take 12 mths to get parts for it . The mech told me the clutch was damaged as well . The damage to the slasher was caused when the gearbox was stuck in reverse . Not driver fault ...I did get in touch with the dealer . He told me there was only parts warranty . When I bought it I Got no warr papers but was told it had 12 months . Not parts only .

This is the gear to buy if you are not running a commercial property.
The gear has some shortcomings, but the product is excellent value, and the staff are fantastic.
All my Ag gear comes from here, and the only time I don't get gear from here is if they do t import it.

Called at 4:05 for enquiry. Office hours says open until 5 including in the automated voicemail that you hear when you call. Appears they decided to knock off early this friday for beers or something. No-One is home at 4:00 pm. Update your buisiness hours and voicemail message to reflect it or you'll get upset people trying to contact you in your stated opening hours and getting angry because noone answers.

A very wellrun company with reslistic ptices for all their machinery and very wellprepared staff that know their business of agricultural equipment , approachable and good communication skills in very timely manner with no pressure to buy but giving the customer facts on upcoming price rises giving the customer all the opportunity to buy at that price before the rise good on you Ag King.
