Personaly booked a SUV for today aprox 2 weeks ago so i could go to the south coast for a wedding. Lucky i decided to drop in on my way to my next client. They had no idear about my booking, handed me a number to call, the young guy that i gave all my details to placed them in the diary but didnot call Queanbeyan office to make that booking. I may aswell talked to a brick wall. Service there is no service. YASS local, i would rather go to Canberra or Goulburn to do business.
