Due to the terrible weather we never actually made it to Airlie to use our transfer but these guys were so amazing with there customer service I still felt it was worth leaving a review!!! They messaged us to say they could see our flight was cancelled to reschedule and then once we found out we wouldn’t be able to travel at all they made it super easy for us a to get a refund with no back and forth negotiations. They also helped us when we were initially booking as we had some problems using the website but they sorted it really quickly and efficiently for us

Where do I start! Perhaps with me messing up the booking but someone noted this and contacted me immediately to confirm transfer requirements and put things right ✅️
On the day of travel our flight was cancelled and alternative flights were not available. Before I could contact Airlie Beach Airport Bus Whitsundays they made contact requesting confirmation of action required. As rescheduled flights were not available we had to cancel our trip so requested a refund. This was processed and confirmed within minutes.
So although we never managed to experience the transfer I must say the service we received was excellent and I would recommend Airlie Beach Airport Bus Whitsundays to all.

Don’t book return. They won’t be flexible in case your return flight changes.
Booked return, flight changed to 4:55pm and they only offered pick up from hotel at 12:20 pm. It’s a 30 minute trip from hotel to airport and they expected us to be seating around a tiny airport for 4 hours…
Driver was great though!

I never really give reviews but this was a disppointing experience. I booked for 2.30pm pick up as our flight lands at 1345 then received an email that it was fully booked & next available would be 3.30 which I was happy to wait, then on the day received a message that they could fit us in the 2.30-2.45. Upon arrival she calls me at exactly 1345 to head to the booth, at the time we still needed to collect our luggages & by 2pm she was rushing us to the bus with no introduction & no time for the toilet. Then she dropped one of our luggages when she opened the back door! We took this holiday to have a break from a busy lifestyle but I just felt rushed & stressed!

Fantastic service! The driver arrived on time, the bus was clean and comfortable, and the journey was smooth. Communication was clear from booking to drop-off. Highly recommend.

Our flight to Prospine was cancelled due to weather. I notified the pick up service over 5 hours in advance of our pick up time however was told can’t refund the booking. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, I tried to explain to her that our rescheduled fight was to a different airport therefore can no longer use their service but she showed zero empathy, yelled at me multiple times that she is going to hang up the call as she’s busy with other bookings. It was only after I advised I will dispute the charge, they unwillingly gave me a partial refund. I encourage everyone to avoid this money hungry company at all cost.

With weather turning for the worse, PPP airport was shut due to the runway being flooded. The company refuses to be flexible and refund the booking despite no flights were leaving the coast that day (21/12/2024). While I understand the 24hr refund policy, this wouldn’t have been the first time the airport closed due to the seasonal rainy weather. The customer service was also quite rude and showed little empathy when I called. She kept rushing to hang up to deal with other bookings and it was frankly an unpleasant experience.

Definitely recommend!
They gave us exceptional service when we asked if there was a later shuttle time, and they sent us a private shuttle to pick us up at the later time so we could enjoy Airlie beach for a bit longer! The staff were super nice too, very happy!’
