I recently worked with James from Airlie Picnic Co. for a Proposal at Airlie Beach, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, James was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive, especially when we had to make multiple changes along the way.

The setup itself was breathtaking—truly a work of art. Despite our initial plans being impacted by unpredictable weather, James worked with me to create contingency plans, which we ultimately had to execute. And I’m so glad we did! The alternate setup ended up working perfectly, and everything came together even better than we could have imagined. James’ ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and still deliver an incredible event was so impressive.

Throughout the whole process, James was thoughtful, accommodating, and so easy to work with. He listened to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and made sure every detail was accounted for.

Organizing a wedding picnic and ceremony set up on Whitehaven Beach from overseas was a big challenge, but Airlie Picnic Co. truly managed to turn our vision into a magical reality and we must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

James responded to all our messages super quickly and was always full of good advice. He went above and beyond to understand our needs and provide tailored solutions that exceeded our expectations such as contacting and arranging the boat ride to Whitehaven Beach for our Big Day.

Food provided was excellent and all the picnic and ceremony set up decorations perfectly reflected our wishes.
