The rentals department at Airmet are absolutely brilliant! They are always happy to give advice and arrange equipment for my team and I, and often with very little notice. They also are always willing to offer education on how to use the equipment we borrow and how to download/interpret the data. If they ever haven't got something we need, they often have a suggestion or two for alternative vendors. We look forward to continuing our great relationship with their team!

Air-Met and particularly Sharlane saved the day again! They are always quick to reply to emails and 9 times out of 10 can supply the requested product and have it delivered to you in a couple of days. I'm especially impressed that they don't "lose" orders and need to make excuses for mistakes. It makes a nice change from dealing with other lab supply companies! I have always found Air-Met to be professional, friendly and eager to help.

The service is fantastic; Gavin, Boki and Keyson always have prompt, detailed and up to date advice on equipment and availability. The boys have often gone above and beyond to make sure we have the equipment on the day, often at the last minute. As well as taking the time to explain components when needed.
