Was home when my elderly Mum had AirRite come for annual solar panel clean. Tech arrived around 10am. After a delay in us finding a hose nozzle, we were shocked when Tech announced he was finished & drove out the gate at 10.15. No Service Report provided for us to verify & sign. We left 9 mins later & saw Tech parked up down the road – recorded on dash cam.
Later rang Manager, who after speaking to Tech (who maintained was onsite 1 hr), said he wouldn’t charge for our recent maintenance.
As there was clearly no clean/maintenance (something AirRite should have followed up on), I arranged an independent inspection. Report stated dirty panels & verified photos sighted.
After family discussion, we decided to give AirRite another chance. Manager responded due to their experience & loss of income we were to find someone else.
After 20 yrs with this company, we are appalled. If that’s service they are not welcome on our property.

No care when fitting air conditioners as they say they quote, they are not responsible to damage caused when installing inside unit.
This resulted in unnecessary damage caused due to a no care attitude by the installer.
And no I wouldn't use them again because they don't even seem to care once the incident was reported.
Plenty of better ones out there so I would advise anyone to look elswhere.

Air Rite sold us a Livezi system about 12 years ago. Two and a half years ago it needed a $2500 repair which Air Rite completed. We are having the same problem again and now Air Rite wants nothing to do with it. We’ve been loyal customers to them for 12 years, and now Air Rite won’t even come and look at our system. Very disappointed. It is appalling customer service. I would not recommend them!

Prompt and professional service, thorough work and technicians seemed to know what they were doing. Prices seemed fair. A little slow in some follow up work and sending invoices though. Would use them over other air conditioner maintenance companies that I have dealt with.

Fantastic professional service from the whole team. From the initial contact, quote, fabrication, instillation and follow up on an emergency job that needed to be done fast and done right. Highly recommended business. Would absolutely use again.
