Needed a small alloy plate cut while driving north late on a Friday afternoon, rocked up 3.45 and they happily looked after me and cut to size no issues. Great business to deal with 👌

Rang up to get a price over the phone from one of the ladies. Got said price, went in store less than two weeks later to buy the product (as well as get more prices/order more products) and the guy tried charging me $340 extra for the same product. No help to try and rectify the problem. Will be going elsewhere. Try to support local, but won't be ripped off.

Thank you for your apology, but that was not the case.
Whilst I was on the phone to the office ladies, I asked if that was inclusive of GST and was told yes that it WAS inclusive of GST. Whilst I was in the office on Thursday, one of the ladies also joined in the conversation and also said that she only gives prices out inclusive of GST. Another point is that if you calculate GST on the amount I was quoted over the phone, it still doesn't add up to the price quoted in store. I do thank you for taking the time to reply and apologize, but I do think your customer service representatives either need to work on their quoting or customer service skills.

Really helpful team. I went here just needing a short piece of aluminium extrusion, (after being referred from a bigger company that will only sell in 6m lengths) just before knock off time on a Friday afternoon and they found me what I needed and cut it for promptly. This is a friendly local company that I would definitely recommend going here.
