Punctual, professional, and polite.
I would definitely recommend Alec Group Pty Ltd and I myself will be using their services for any future electrical work that I may need to have done.
I had a few different electrical issues that needed to be addressed; Ali and Hass did a fantastic job.
Ali kept me informed both before and during the process, and discussed different options with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome.
They showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame we had discussed.
They let me know what was happening each step of the way to ensure I was okay with what was going on and there was no mess for me to clean up after the work was completed!

Used Ali for quite a few electrical jobs around the place including new outdoor lights and sensors, new outdoor power points, shifting existing outdoor lights, garage light sensors and pool heater wiring. He was great at communicating our options when he came to quote and explained to us what lights were best, where to put switches, where to put sensors etc. Very competitive quote given the nature and scope of the work. He worked hard all day well into the evening and even exchanged the sensors he had got for the colour I preferred. Would recommend and will use again for all our electrical needs!

I couldn’t recommend ALEC Group enough. Ali was polite, punctual, provided fair costs/quote and he did an excellent job. Ali is an excellent tradesman and I am happy with the work he provided. He installed a new bathroom exhaust fan and switches, 2 x ceiling fans, new electrical switches and dimmer switches into an old 1960’s apartment which was no easy task for him. Also, I appreciated Ali’s level of communication with me throughout our dealings. He’s very professional. I won’t hesitate contacting ALEC group again for any future electrical work.

A great experience with Alex Group having been disappointed with many other sparkies. Honest and knowledgeable, Ali was willing to provide quotes for a variety of jobs and was upfront about costs and expectations. Ended up re-hiring for a number of jobs that were well completed.
