We took our brand new Jayco Expanda Outback to this dealer for it's 1000km service - due to following Warranty instructions. We were told to just "leave it" out the front, which we did - with caution! After a few hours we got the call to pick it up were it was left "out the front" again. I had to get something from inside before we left and I was shocked to see all of our drawers were left unlocked & were fully opened. Our TV was on the floor & there was dirt everywhere. To make matters worse, at our next stop our back right stabiliser leg was suddenly broken - so we suspect that our perfect one was swapped out for a dodgy one.
I would NOT recommend traveler's take their new vans here for servicing! Worst experience ever & charged almost $400 for it!

We arrived at Alice Springs and started setting up our Jayco and one of the cable's broke that's connected to the roof so we couldn't use it. Panicking, we start ringing around to find someone who could help us fix it. After calling 3 people who didn't want to know about it, we called Hydraulic Services.

They were extremely helpful and got us in straight away. Brendan was so informative and helpful! 100% recommend!!

Absolutely no good, spent nearly 900 getting lights fixed and they did a poor job
Silicone up holes in a caravan
Didn't wire lights properly and I have now spent 600 getting their work fixed
Oh and due to poor work we almost had 2 accidents
