I recommended All Acrylic Shapes to an organization that needed to replace a broken opal perspex light box sheet and they measured the cavity (before I could go to measure it myself) and ordered the sheet to be laser cut by All Acrylic Shapes.

I met with Neville at the workshop to pick up the piece and he was most accommodating and thoughtful in providing the safest way to support the sheet unscratched on top of my Ute roof rack, even going to the extent of providing scrap sheets of material to protect the purchase and making sure the load was secured well.

When I installed the piece, I checked the dimensions and it had been laser cut to absolute precision based on the measurements given, however I realized the person from the organization who ordered the sheet had only measured from the bottom of the cavity and not the top due to the assumption that the cavity in the building to receive the piece had perfect right angles (which it didn't). Thus, the measurements that had been given were wrong and were too big (by 3-9 mm) although All Acrylic Shapes had cut it exactly.

I consequently had to ring Neville and ask what I should do about it and he said he would trim it again with the laser cutter according to our updated correct measurements completely free of charge to us.

This time, it fit and the replacement was great.
