Went for the 1st time today as was very pleasantly surprised! The fresh fruit and veg look amazing and the deli has such a wonderful variety!

Would be wonderful if these owners could purchase the IGA in Quinns Rocks as this IGA has gone down A LOT!

Great store! Their deli has a fantastic range of take away foods/meals at reasonable prices. Salads are fresh every day & also vary daily. The BEST chicken 🐔 caesar salad I've had! Beetroot salad -YUM!

Avoid at all cost! Make the drive to Woodvale instead.

* GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THE OLD OWNERS. I previously loved this store but it is clear the new owners that own 8 stores are just out to make more money.

Have had multiple cases of severe food poisoning after purchasing ready meals from this iga. I will never go back!
Not to mention when at the till items often will scan at a higher rate than tagged in shelves and thus would be going unnoticed by so many customers.
Fruit & veg sits there looking like seconds at extortionate prices, they would rather chuck it in the bin than sell for a normal price.

If you don’t want to be up all night for days being sick I would very much avoid!

You’ll notice all of the 4/5 stars are from when the store was owned by the previous people.
The current people are incompetent. You buy meat and roll a dice whether it’s gone bad or not, even when the label says there’s a few days on it. Same with milk too. I’m guessing they’re trying to save cost on refrigeration by storing things warmer than they’re supposed to and will ultimately make someone sick or worse. Stay away.

I came in earlier this evening. I was served by a gentleman who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am fussy on how I like my cold meat sliced. He checked if the thickness was ok and we had a lovely chat as he was slicing. I asked his name which he replied was Michael. Well thank you so much Michael for your pleasant service and product knowledge. It was my first time in this store and I know it won't be my last. Keep up the good work. Your bosses should be proud of you.

I will definitely be returning to the store, popped in for some Deli goods and was served by Michael, what a refreshing change. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Even allowed for my request of freshly sliced goods. Prob ended up buying more than intended. Hang on to him , he’s a gem.

USED to shop here all the time, since being bought out it is No where as good as before. Such a shame as it was really convenient. Have had to go elsewhere to buy meat as it is not as good as before.

Dropped in latish yesterday afternoon while I was in Perth. Got fantastic service with a friendly guy in the Deli called Michael. Italian like me! Helpful, cheerful and had a good chat. Made up for what was a very so so day.
