Sent a simple enquiry with little to no detail - response was "We cant help with this project due to our current workload." (basically we don't want your work). Linda the receptionist made assumptions about my requirements & timeframe instead of providing customer service & asking questions. She had no idea whether I wanted one thing made or 1000.
Bad call Linda, you cost the business money!

My favourite place in Newcastle to buy steel. Pricing is really good and they do plate, SHS, RHS, etc. They do small amounts too, as little or as much as you want. Just an all round great place to get steel. Prices are easily less than half of what you'd pay at Bunnings without the Bunnings stuff around factor.
