Thanks to Mike for the great service. Helped me out testing a pump even though it was after 12 on a Saturday. Sold me a new pump, re-fitted the the pipes and threw in a role of tape. Didn’t charge for the test either. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Dropped in to inquire about replacing my house pump as it died the day I had to take my wife in to hospital to give birth and I wanted to get water back on before returning home with a newborn.
The gentleman behind the counter took the time to point out that I didn't need to replace the pump and that if I dropped it in, he could have it working correctly within an hour, otherwise he'd give me a loan pump to get by.

One of the rare occasions that customer service was a priority over making a few dollars. I will definitely return, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My pump from them died. Messaged and they did not return my call. Finnaly got hold over the phone when I asked about a warranty they could not look me up and also said aggressively with amusement their pump only had a 12 month warranty. The sales person boasted about a good warranty and to be looked after but when I asked about it there was nothing. Some places are offering 4 years warranty. Buyer beware.

Not good. My house watertank pump was going off every 5 mins. Waited for nearly 2 weeks for service person to come to my property. Didn't show up on the booked day, didn't call, and still no explanation from the manager 2 weeks after the no show. I went to Alpha pumps in Currumbin and with some helpful advice, l fixed the problem myself. Turns out that it was simply a faulty valve. Not sure how much damage was done to my pump during the wait for all about pumps to show up, but thanks for nothing guys. Warren Sonter
