We went with All Cast Precast for our pool and did it via the owner builder route. All Cast has some very obvious benefits to competitors which save $ including a gravel bed, coping inclusion and can also customise the location of pipework and skimmers to suit the site.

The level of support they offered throughout the process was very good. Their timeframes for manufacture were very accurate and the quality of the pool and tiling is excellent.

I have no hesitation in recommending All Cast Precast to those thinking about getting a plunge pool.

Purchased an allcast plunge pool 4 years ago. After 3 years it developed concrete cancer. Really disappointing. The response from the company has been terrible. Over 12 months and the issue is not resolved. Shame the pool itself is nice

We just purchased our second Allcast Precast concrete plunge pool. The first "round tank" pool was one of the first off the production line & we couldn't fault it. Fast forward almost 12 years & we've build our new home & this time went with one of the newer shapes (rectangle), just perfect for our space, block of land & the overall look fits perfectly in our property.

Purchased two cement tanks eighteen months ago.
Both have leaked badly from the beginning. Contacted the company many times during this period: each time being told these leaks would take up in time, and with a 5 year warranty, there are no issues.
What has not been acknowledged or addressed, is the degradation to the internal components: i.e. The metal re-enforcement has likely been compromised due to exposure to moisture, leading to potential safety hazards and increased maintenance costs down the track.
The company has offered to repair, either internally or externally, but I feel this is not addressing the root cause, with possible issues in the future.
My request has been downgraded from two replacement tanks to accepting one replacement.
We have been in business for over 40 years, and I have never received such appalling customer service.
Management refuses to accept or acknowledge my calls.
Should I need to replace same in future, which is likely, I will be seriously considering stainless steel tanks.

Less than one star !!! after 5 yrs and purchased 4 tanks from this company over that period no follow up after 3mths out of warranty and no replacement tanks we will be following up with QBCC and there so called repair efforts the list is endless !! Do not buy these tanks unless there fully lined interior or worth the drama !!! Pathetic !!
