If I knew it was going to be up dingy poorly lit stairs I'd have never rented the space!

I needed somewhere to store my things short term. Was only 3 days.

At the time of booking K did not know this and saw a space for a studio apartment size storage for $130 a month. I thought fair price? But this was before I had seen the storage.

On entering the grounds you need to call a phone number to open the gate which was fine. But on unloading my stuff I wasn't told I had to supply my own padlock. So I left and has to buy one from a servo and go back.

On entering the second time I was carrying my gaming PC and at the top of the stairs is a small ramp that I did not see until the sensor light came on, blaring in my eyes and I tripped on the ramp and dropped my PC!

Since removing my stuff from there I called and left a message saying I won't be renting any more and have heard nothing!

My PC does not turn on now and my monitor was cracked. The gaming PC was worth about 5k and the monitor about 3k!

If anyone asks me about renting a space here I will tell them to go elsewhere!

I took a photo of the ramp above the stairs where I fell! Be careful!!! It looks bright in the images because the sensor light was on and I used the flash on my phone, but it's dark as hell up there!
