Need to work on supplying the correct orders and double checking every thing is correct.

Don’t send an email about delivery time being 6pm and then delivering it 4 hours before hand. It’s hard when people plan their day already and come back to foods sitting in the sun.
Need to work on delivery times and becoming more precise with it.

Was home unwell and ran out of fruit and vegetables for juicing. I got online to look at my options and found Alpha fresh foods. I skeptically ordered a juice box for $30 not expecting much but hoping it would get me through until I could shop for myself. How wrong was I, the fruit and vegetables were amazing. They were all really fresh and there was heaps of variety. Thank you Alfa fresh foods you made my day. The juice box was such great value 10/10.

Alpha has gone down hill a little. There foods havent been as fresh. And often Short dates on the eggs, yogurt and sliced meats. See photo of 'fresh' zucchini. Alpha will happily refund or redeliver if u r not satisfied. But also involves effort to do so.
Put in order w AF cos of covid. Best deals are to get the specials. I have looked at the box packs and they cost more then what you would spend in the shops. 95% of the order is super fresh. As fresh or fresher than the supermarkets. Meats good prices. Italian pork sausages r a bit too fatty for the bbq. Ordered the kumatos twice but they sent cherry tomatoes instead. If they could put a choice of substitute or not if sold out that would be great. Will continue to shop with AF to be healthy and avoid shops and dirty ppl!!!

Excellent quality produce, extraordinary prices and even better customer service!

Alpha Fresh was mentioned to me by a relative who has been using them for a while. Tonight I received my third order in just over a week and couldn’t be happier. The quality of their meat is excellent and the pricing is fantastic. Who knew you could get great quality goods, for very reasonable pricing, with wonderful customer service all delivered on the same day.

I couldn't find wombok to make kimchi at supermarkets last couple of weeks so I tried Alpha Fresh. Luckilly, it was on sale at $3 each so I ordered 8 of them and all other ingredients to make kimchi. Wombok were not the best condition yet pretty good. Considering they are winter produce, I can't complaint esp with that price. All other vegetables were fresh and tasty. I am a very happy customer ^.^

Sadly it has really gone downhill.

On both occasions I have ordered, I was given bruised and damaged apples. Apples from major supermarkets are much better.

In our first order the veal schnitzel was tender and delicious. Second order it was chewy and revolting.

Won’t be ordering again.

Known Alpha Fresh for a longtime and the service has been exceptional from both the start and still today. Produce quality is always outstanding and the range of premium small goods and groceries makes me pick the local guys rather than the chain supermarkets. Businesses with customer service like Alpha have become rare so its great to have a business that still values the customer.
