Excellent and very accommodating. customer reps are all very technically knowledgeable AND provide amazing customer service. Plus, 9/10 times they're somehow able to interpret my/my co-workers' chickenscratch that I even have trouble reading.

When our main contact (Khaleda) is unavailable, whoever is in (eg Karen and others) are just as quick and on top of it to help us with what we need.
