Absolutely disgusted with the way Alsco operates. As a long-term business customer, I had extra mats in my possession before opening an official account. Instead of handling this matter professionally, one of their drivers decided to retrieve the extras without any discussion—resulting in the loss of my account altogether.

This heavy-handed and poorly managed approach shows zero regard for customer relationships. Instead of working with businesses, they seem more concerned with enforcing rigid policies at the expense of service. I would not recommend Alsco to any business that values professionalism and integrity.

Place needs to be shut down to be completely honest with you I was there for 2 months I’ve never seen anything like it. Nothing gets washed everything is stained with mould and other stains. I Also noticed that everyone was disrespectful but a few in there ! I would not recommend for anyone !

We are a busy Surf Club on the GC. We need a reliable company to get us what we need, when we need it. I spoke with alsco on the day of our pick-up/delivery, i was assured it was due that day. Come back to work that evening, nothing had been picked up or delivered. Apparently not the first time.

If you can, use another company. This one is not reliable.

Alsco emergency team though. Absolutely brilliant.

I've been using alsco for 4 years now and for the past year I've been getting charged for mats that are never exchanged.

After multiple attempts at trying to communicate them to get this fixed my mats still arnt getting exchanged and I am being charged for them.

Really disappointed with the level of service.

Have been using Alsco for our Business now for over 10 years. Unfortunately it has gone down hill significantly. There is no communication. Have tried calling for over a week on numerous occasions and no one has returned my call. I have functions on that I will not have linen for. Very disappointed in this business. Would not recommend

Wouldn't touch this lot with a barge pole...
Our workplace on the Sunshine Coast hasn't had the agreed service provided since July 2022 due to reported "staffing issues".
Mystifingly there seems to be no issue with their administrative staffing levels as our account is still being charged for weekly visits...
ACCC being notified...

Got hung up on 3 times no answers, was meant to have someone contact me 2 weeks ago about the contract still no one, was meant to have someone come out to do a stock take 3-4 weeks ago and still no one has showed up or called to reschedule. Very disappointed with my services through alsco. They would over charge and not do anything about it, under deliver and not do anything about it. I do not recommend this company at all, go somewhere else
