Customer service via phone call. Was exceptional and so helpful. The Aeratron AE+ fan we required was out of stock in Sydney and thanks to Astra Lighting they found one in stock in QLD- shipping was organised that afternoon and delivered before Xmas Day. I call that service. Our guests are delighted to have a cooler bedroom in these warm conditions. I can’t thank you enough. 10/10

I highly recommend Alstra for product value and after sales service. I've purchased several fans and lighting fixtures from Alstra over the past couple of years for domestic use and have had consistently great price offers with shipping to Sydney metro organised by Kylie on every occasion. A recent warranty issue on a light fitting was also sorted immediately over the phone by Joel, who organised a replacement to be delivered to the doorstep within the week. I can't speak highly enough of Alstra's exemplary sales and customer service.

I am based interstate and had some questions about the products I needed. Kylie was absolutely wonderful to deal with over the phone, explaining more about the products, looking up specs and even recommending products that would be better suited for my space. She followed up quickly with a very informative email including direct links to what I needed.
From my brief dealings, I am blown away by the fantastic service! The prices were the best I could find online, and interstate postage was very fast too.
I would highly recommend Alstra Lighting!

Don’t bother reaching out to them. They are so unhelpful. I sent them an email on the 6th of July regarding a part and if they had them in stock. They stated that they didnt have the exact one I was after but they usually sell another part in stead. They asked if I was interested, how many I was after and if I was going to collect it in store or if postage was required. I advised I was after just the 1 but I was concerned that because it was a different model would it even fit what I needed it for and if it didn’t fit could I return it. I have never received a response after asking this question. I responded to the email thread on serval occasions requesting a response and never got one! I understand I could have called or gone into the store but if you’re going to have a sales email I’m going to use that option as it’s my preferred method of contact. I would have preferred you to not even responded in the first place if you’re going to waste my time. I have reached out to another local business and got a response in the same day at a better price.

This showroom was a nice change from the typical bigger box stores. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products in stock at the Beresfield store. This is not a huge store that will take you 45 minutes to simply browse every product available. It's a store that displays a decent range of products, yet they have the knowledge and resources to help you track down what you want. Friendly staff eager to help - we'll be going back for further purchases. Pram and wheelchair friendly showroom - ground level only and easy to get around. Make sure when you're preparing to drive out to the showroom that you have the address correct, otherwise you may end up at their trade electrical wholesaler (incidentally, those guys are also friendly). Overall, we'll be looking to these guys for future purchases.
