Tried twice over 2 days. Ordered some alum pipe to have 2 bends. Asked for phone call to advise if happening. No call. Returned to ask if it's done. Young fellow with bushy hair and poor facial hair was as useless as tips on a bull. Not real impressed.

Totally Arrogant….. I have waited 14 days for a quote for my Sons wheel chair brace. Even as I write this, I have left 4 messages for Lachlan to call me back to try and get the brace manufactured.
I am so disappointed that this company can’t even show common decency to community. I have never come across such an arrogant organisation. Don’t bother with these guys as they are far too interested in chasing the corporate dollars. What’s the point supporting local companies when you get treated like this.

Wow, what should I say? The service and products are just great. Good a quote within 2 hours, paid over the phone and could pick it all up the next day. Asked for quotes at two other places... still waiting... Don't bother, just go to these guys here to get what you need.

Avoid the young bloke with bushy hair. His work ethic is pure laziness. Don't think he would know the difference between a screwdriver and a hammer.
Absolutely useless. Try to be served by the young woman with coloured hair. She knows her stuff and is most helpful. If she isn't there, do yourself a favour, leave and comeback another time.
