I had an absolutely awful experience at Amart Furniture. The staff showed no respect or courtesy, and the management is a complete joke. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was invisible. When I asked for assistance, the employees were unhelpful and uninterested, almost as if I was bothering them by being there..
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the way Amart Furniture handles customer service. If you want to spend your hard-earned money somewhere that actually values you as a customer, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Well I have to say super happy with the help from Ruby at Cannington Amart & the recliners are working well thankyou. Lol i almost fell asleep on them after delivery yesterday (Tuesday 14-1-'25) I was also happy with the seamless delivery, the guys cleaned up all the packaging & put the recliners where i wanted with no fuss & were super quick also! Great service everyone. I would like to say thankyou also for the sale special of a $1,000 off each + the extra few dollars taken off ($200+) that was what helped me to make the purchase along with the 10 year warranty, again thankyou i will gladly recommend your Cannington store to my family & friends, kind regards, Kay. Waited 5 months for my headboard, to have the wrong size delivered. Completely useless, would not recommend:(

They wiggled their out this because I removed the back cover. The only way to inspect the extent of the damage is to remove the back cover. They indicated they didn’t want to cover this damage. The customer service is helpful as they are just messengers. They said the back cover supports the frame. Lol, it is obvious it was damaged not because of the cover, but damaged upon arrival.

I am very happy with my experience at this store. I purchased a mattress from their clearance section however when I went to collect it unfortunately it was unable to be located and had been sold to a second customer. I had called ahead of time and advised that it would be OK to collect that day so was a bit frustrating due to time restrictions on my side. The team went above and beyond and happily provided me with a brand new mattress instead. This was a fantastic outcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you
