They took the time to understand my needs and guided me through their wide selection of furniture. I found the perfect couch for my living room, and few other products. The delivery was not prompt as product was out of stock but received product within given time frame. I was also impressed by their reasonable prices for the quality offered. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking to refresh their home with beautiful, high-quality furniture!"

Although the purchase process was perfect, the transport staff was really bad, a complete liar. This is the first time I have encountered such a person in my forties. The following is the email I sent to the sales of Amart, you can refer to it:

your delivery staff was really too much yesterday. I asked them to unload the furniture from the front door, but they refused to unload the furniture directly in the garage, and said that 6 other colleagues would come to take charge of the handling and installation (they would arrive at 18:00). One of the tall deliverymen also provided me with their phone number, but of course I found out it was not available when I called it later. I have never encountered such low-quality personnel in my life in China and Brisbane. The serious deception made me feel helpless and painful in life, and the delivery note was not signed for me. Amart was recommended to me by a friend, and the purchase process was also very pleasant. I believe in Amart, after all, there are so many physical stores. I didn't expect such a big problem during the delivery process. I had to ask the girl next door for help. At night, all the furniture was moved to the front door to enter the living room. There is some distance between the front door and the back door, which is unimaginable for two girls. It is really the worst feeling in my life. I dare not recall it.

I ordered and paid for a 2 seater sofa on 22nd July with estimated delivery of 11 - 12 wks which is around now. I contacted Amart Logan spoke to Hoani (manager) who informs me the sofa won’t be ready until end of November. As I voiced to this manager with frustration that a courtesy call would have been appreciated to let us know the sofa was prolonged. I voiced how the staff are like vultures when you walk into a store to get a sale, but as soon as they get that sale that don’t give a shit about the customers. To which Hoani threaten to terminate my call because I was voicing my honest opinion. Hoani was nothing but condescending & patronizing, he was no help at all, as soon as he heard me say to my family member record this call his whole attitude changed. I have bought majority of my furniture from Amart for years, NEVER will I purchase anything from Amart again. They need to look after their customers which they clearly don’t. I am still currently waiting for this sofa that I purchased back in July!!! - DISGRACEFUL

The worst service ever we ordered sofas from them they came and after a while they broke we made a claim, and they finally got back to us after 1 year but they still refused to come and fix the sofas instead they just wanted to give us $350. That wasn’t enough because of all the damage. When we were purchasing the sofas they kept bugging us to get the extended warranty but they are just a bunch of scammers.
