Set out well, some great bargains, and easy access to the store.
It was difficult to find staff when I needed assistance, though.
On-site parking is available.

One of the great outdoor activities stuff and equipment shop. It is huge. Best thing they price match with competitors by 10%. Ample parking 🅿️ and well organized.

Wow this store blew my mind!
It’s huge 🤯 Big store, Anaconda.62 Hume Hwy, Chullora NSW 2190, it’s got everything you can possibly think of but the service is phenomenal.

I love how large the size of this shop is. They even had boats inside for sale!

It is huge well stocked with high quality outdoor cloths and equipment for all your needs of Camping⛺ Fishing 🐠🐋🐟 boats ⛵ and caravans.

Name starting with Ay was the name of the person on the receipt. I asked her a question she didn’t know the answer to and she got frustrated because she had to scan something twice to figure out the answer. Moving onto the item I purchased. I purchased the item, paid and the receipt was printed. She was about to hand me the receipt before she took it back as it was reaching my hands and walkie talkies someone to confirm the price. After the entire transaction is over. Then she gets off the walkie talkie and starts refunding me the item with 0 communication about what’s happening. And I’m like what’s happening? And she goes this is not the price the discount is wrong I’m refunding this. With zero communication. No apology no communication. I end up just paying the difference as she set up on the eftpos machine and leaving but it was such a difficult and unfair experience. I’m fairly certain this also goes against consumer laws. Terrible experience. Not a good look for HQ

So much potential for store but so badly executed.

Product variety deserves 5 stars.

What let’s this store down is the following:
-Long waits at checkout
-Scarcity of staff to assist
-Poorly merchandised equipment. For example, stoves that aren’t assembled properly, displays missing items for sale, and much of the stock is dusty and dirty

If you know what you want, it’s worth a trip. If you need advice/support, try somewhere else.

I have shopped at Anaconda twice recently, and each time the experience has been less than satisfactory regarding packaging. Despite purchasing multiple items, the sales staff did not provide a bag for my purchases.

The first time, I bought two pairs of shoes and a jacket. After asking for a bag, the staff handed me a small one without placing the items inside. I could only fit the jacket, leaving the shoes without a bag.

The second time, I bought another two pairs of shoes, and again, no bag was provided until I requested one. Even then, the staff simply handed me a bag without putting the items inside.

The store offers a wide range of products and the quality is good, but the service needs improvement. Providing appropriate packaging for purchases should be standard practice.

I visited the store more than once, I was looking for an adventure camera and an e-bike. The goods are somewhat good, but the prices are also expensive. Most importantly, the treatment of the workers is very good and fast, especially Josh. I liked his way of dealing with custo.

This place is huge. Definitely got everything you’d expect them to. When I bought my fridge they didn’t have the 240V adapter that came free with it. The cashier wrote my first name and number on a scrap of paper and she said we’ll call you when we have it and that was it …. I left thinking there’s zero percent chance I’ll get that without a fight.

I was wrong. Rocked up today, said my name and boom, handed it to me. No checks or boring receipts to worry about. Nailed it anaconda
