Purchased a $30 item. Failed after 9 days... told unable to return to exchange it must be "inspected" by the rep.

Called after 8 days of waiting to see how it is going and was told it will take up to 6 weeks, that's ridiculous for the value of the item

Excellent customer service in Rockingham today, witnessed one of the staff being very poorly spoken to by an angry customer, all the while she maintained her cool and kept a smile on her face while providing excellent service to this poor excuse for a human being. She mentioned she has been in customer service for 30 years! Well done, great to see wonderful people still exist!!

Just picked up a click-and-collect order. Person behind the counter brought out my order, the box had been opened. He didn't seem too concerned about it when I queried the condition of the item I'd purchased, whether it was a returned item etc. I asked him to check if there was unopened stock, which there was. The other staff member pushed the new box out along the floor from the back, and told me, "it's not heavy, I just couldn't be bothered carrying it."

Shaking my head at the level of service they were willing to pass off to me, without a blink of the eye. I won't be back.

I used to love buying from this store, however, treatment received from them today made me reconsider. I bought a gas heater from them which mechanically broke down on first use. When I returned it on Friday I was told I would receice a call back on Monday (no receipt given). Monday - no call. I called back on Tuesday and was very abruptly told by another lady to wait a few weeks and not to expect a quick response. They were quick to take my money at the till, but rude and unaccommodating with after-sale service. As soon as I get my replacement/ refund they won't see me again.
