Called up about a self inflating mat. Was told they had heaps on the shelf. So I jumped straight online and picked click and collect to secure one and drove for an hour, 3 hours later only to be told they have none in stock and I should have received an email to say there was none in stock. How the F do you go from physically checking and confirming many items of stock to miraculously having none?! Total waste of time and fuel.

These guys are brilliant. I had the incorrect item (two left shoes) sent to me in the mail. The staff at this store demonstrated 100% committed and focused customer service to get the issue resolved. A very well led and motivated team. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Poor service. Domt refill gas so complete waste of a journey. Was sold a 2kg gasmate bottle but there's nobody who fills them. So was a complete scam. Was a loyal customer, but will not return!
