Lovely, caring and professional staff. Good triage system. Pippa was taken in immediately, nurses helped getting her out of the car. Clear idea of costs up front and was kept informed. Good consult on discharge and follow up contact later. Highly recommended for after hours or emergency care.

Thank you to the lovely staff who attended to our cat and worked out the issue, gave us a quote right away and medication.
Since then sent my brother there with his new puppy and they were excellent finding out he'd eaten a sock. All the facilities are available on site to see to our furbaby needs. Furbaby lifesavers! 🐶🐱🥰

The nurses at Animal Emergency Service saw our puppy straight away after she ingested a toad. The staff were professional and pleasant and allayed my fears, bringing her to a stable condition.
It was a short wait for the VET. Our puppy received only the necessary treatment and she is happy and healthy.

My dog Em got injured on Sunday afternoon. Tried to attack the lawn mower. She needed after hours emergency help. The injury required surgery. The staff at AES Carrara were amazing.

Highly recommend!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I called them when my sweet toy cavoodle went into labour with her first litter. She delivered her first puppy at 3pm then I didn’t see any more progress for a few hours. I called the team and they were so helpful and guided me through what to do and look for on the phone. After waiting the recommended time she hadn’t progressed so I took her in to see the team for some assistance. We got rushed through straight away and she was checked over. The team spoke to me about a plan if she hadn’t birthed in the next 30 minutes and lucky enough she progressed on her own and birthed her other 2 puppies whilst being there. The team checked over her and her puppies and gave us the all clear to go home.

A beautiful clinic with the most dedicated vets!

Our cat became very sick, and since our usual clinic was closed on a Saturday afternoon, we had to come here. We received excellent service, and everything was handled quickly. Our kitty was treated with great care, and the vet thoroughly explained what had happened. Thankfully, he recovered quickly.

A few days later, the vet even checked in on us, which was a really thoughtful gesture.

I highly recommend this clinic for emergencies!

Eloise and the team at Animal Emergency Service, Carrara were amazing. They took great care of my border collie Ruby and ensured that I was well informed and cared for too. Our little spitz had eaten some toxic food. We phoned and then visited the Emergency Clinic. They were very professional and the Vet very caring. We would have no hesitation in visiting again- if the need arises.
