Before signing up with Anthony I was a 6ft, 68 kg boy who lacked confidence and was extremely weak. I had previously had knee surgery that I never recovered from and was constantly facing lower body problems. I also struggled to eat multiple meals a day as I always felt sick. I started my journey with Anthony hoping to get to 75kg in 3 months while also gaining a lot of strength and muscle. 3 months later and I walk around at 80kg and have never felt better. Through his guidance I’ve found meals and high protein snacks that I eat on the daily, we created an eating schedule that was moulded around my day to day life that was extremely easy to achieve. I always struggled with meal prep and eating the same thing over and over, luckily with Anthony we found a numerous amount of meals that I loved therefore I could have something different everyday. Anthony’s motivation was exceptional, I was only on his online coaching membership but when we crossed paths in the gym he would stop and help me and let me know im smashing it. When signing up he immediately creates a workout problem catered to you and your goals, through the 3 months we went through a few as my goals and schedule changed and he always created a great and enjoyable routine that I also benefitted from. I would recommend Anthony to anyone who’s looking for a pt but especially someone who is lacking knowledge in the gym and nutrition world. Overall have absolutely loved my time with Anthony!

Before I started training with Anthony, my knowledge of the gym and how to properly use equipment was very limited. I often felt lost when it came to creating a workout routine, and I had a tendency to give up whenever I felt tired. Since training with Anthony, everything has changed. Not only has he taught me how to use the equipment correctly but he also helped me build strength both physically and mentally.Anthony has a unique ability to push me when I need it most and encouraging me to keep going even when I feel like stopping.

Before training with Anthony I had trained before through football and strength sessions but injury took a halt to that. A main focus with Anthony was to strengthen the weak areas to prevent future injury and create structured sessions to hold me accountable to get them done. Anything I needed Anthony adapted the sessions to fulfil those needs.

Anthony is an amazing personal trainer.
After finishing 12 weeks of training with him, I have not only gained 4kg of muscle but my waist circumference also went down from 86cm to 75 cm. He made my time at the gym more enjoyable and now I feel more confident to train myself and use all the gym equipments properly. All his work out sessions were so good that I was always feeling happier and stronger after finishing with Anthony. It has helped me to sleep much better.
Even though, I didn’t run much for the last 12 weeks as I was training with Anthony.
As a result,today I just finished half marathon HBF running for a reason 2024/at the same pace as last year. How ever, my average heart rate dropped 5 bpm and I felt much stronger and better at the end of the run.
So if you want to run better and stronger or you want to build up muscle and use the gym equipments properly you need to see Anthony and get him to be your trainer.

I have been going to the gym on and off for years, but it wasn’t until I started training with Anthony that I really noticed results. He has taught me so much about how to use weights and machines to improve my fitness and appearance. Anthony provides meal plans that don’t leave me feeling hungry and takes into account having fun on the weekends. I never thought I would be the type of person who gets a PT but I now wish I’d done it sooner. If you’re unsure I highly recommend AP fitness.

Great experience! I wanted to get into a routine with specific goals set in consultation with Anthony. With his calm demeanour and understanding, I am able to focus more, gain strength and learn to operate various equipments.
I like Anthony's training approach and ability to understand when to push/not push and bring out the best in you. The training plan/routine he has set for me is working great and I've seen positive changes in my body + overall health.
My advice would be to have an open and realistic conversation with him about your goals so he can craft a tailored plan for you.
