I broke the aerial socket on my smart tv and I took it to APM to be fixed in the morning. I was told it would be ready by the end of the week. I was surprised to get a phone call that afternoon saying it was ready to pick up. They did a great job and I'm back to watching freeview channels again. Works like new. Highly recommend. So fast and efficient. Great service. Thanks guys.

Contacted this business regarding repair of Panasonic Convection Oven. The lady I had dealt with was polite and lovely. I was given a verbal quote only. She did not inform me of the business process as described in the business response to this post. When I called back to ask for a written quote the person who declared himself as the owner was arrogant, condescending and abrupt (rude). He quoted $88.00 for a written quote and did not say that the cost came off the inspection. He accused me of not knowing how things were done when I had not been informed of the process by the staff and only previously offered a verbal quote. He stated that the verbal quote provided was a "favour". The business was one of four Authorized recommended service repairers in Brisbane by Panasonic that I had contacted. I am absolutely appalled by the verbal abuse (the critical and accusing manner in which I was spoken to) and attitude from the owner. Will certainly not be using this business for repairs. Panasonic will also be notified of the shocking customer service.

We had a LG microwave cease to work (heat up) 4x months outside the two year warranty. The team were open, honest & quick to replace the faulty component (magnatron). LG agreed to pay the bill with zero cost to us. Very impressed by both APM Electronics & LG in having the problem rectified super quickly. Very satisfied customers. Huge thank you to the team at APM Electronics.
I had to have my LG monitor into them 3 times for warranty repairs (not the fault of APM, it was a weird issue with the LG monitor).
The team have been amazing, polite and super quick with the repairs.
