Great Service from the Friendly and experienced staff at Balcatta appliance parts. Service man said the machine would be to costly to repair(machine is 5 years old). The team at Appliance Parts were able to source the parts required at a reasonable price within a few Days. Thanks so much guys for your help.

I would read this before you purchase from this establishment!
After receiving a quote of either $80 or $100 dependent on which option of oven element I purchased to replace the suspected broken one. I visited the store, to which the same gentleman told me the replacement was now $118.00. Upon paying for the item I found out the price had increased again from $118.00 to include GST, totalling $130.52.
Then upon returning the item (unused, still in the bag) as an electrician told us we needed to replace the whole oven. The same gentleman only refunded $126.60 and told me that there was a transaction charge on both payment and refund!
Buyer beware is my advice. That is all I can offer as an honest review!
