Not very nice customer service and followed up twice about a quote and still never got it. Get on the same page with all employees giving the same information out also. Small businesses should support small businesses not waste their time when they have break downs!

MY RESPONSE! You reply to this review saying you went above and beyond? Thats questionable! You called me back once, I then followed up with you a week later to get an email (got a lady), waited a few days. No email.... Still no email so just moved on to find someone else who replied immediately and organised! Don't bend the truth and make excuses for false statements. The lady got cranky as I corrected her in the prices I was given over the phone and then when asking to put in writing her attitude changed. Sorry for the truth but if they aren't going to be professional then Steve you lost my business.

Should I say, personally you were great when I spoke with you and you did call me back, when I called to organise it that's when I was told a different story.

I booked the next available appointment which was in a couple of days time. Linda then called me back with an opening the same day which I very much appreciated. Shanan arrived shortly there after to carry out the work. He was professional, efficient and quickly carried out the repairs. He clearly communicated options, the fault at hand and the cost.
An all round greatly run business. Will recommend to friends.

Absolute rip-off merchants. Cost my mum $150 for call out and didn't even diagnose the issue. Beware that this company charges $160 an hour for labour too. Steer clear of this duplicitous repair service!
