UPDATE: here to update you all that they have infact LOST my parcel, after delaying the delivery by two months. I have no words, it was supposed to be a gift for someone. I hope this courier service shuts down.

THE WORST courier service. They don’t know how to action urgency and are very incompetent. I ordered something more than a month ago, still hasn’t arrived yet considering the estimated delivery time was ages ago. They will not update you about anything unless you call them. Unbelievable.

Really weird experience.

Parcel was delayed and it’s said on board for delivery on Thursday and Saturday. On the Thursday I had a missed call at 10:30pm. On the Saturday a missed call from the same number at 12:30pm. I call back, no answer.

On Monday I get a text from the same number saying to arrange signature for this parcel.

They came after a bit of back and forth over text.

Not sure why they couldn’t come earlier. I’ve been home every day and no one buzzed. Also really uncomfortable at being called for a delivery at 10:30pm and being texted.

Aramex never responded to my enquiry forms while I waited for delivery either.

Worse customer service of any organisation. Awaiting package from Myer. They dont deliver to Australia Post despite Myer saying they will deliver it there. Call centre in Manila not in Australia as advertised in Chat is abusive and hand up when you want to get answers.

Package meant to be delivered by 14 May still not recieved despite new residential address given over a week ago. Found out call centre only updated my records not the delivery. Call centre staff hung up saying they wish to speak to other customers.

This stress is for a package worth less than $50.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know what to expect. Aramex does not deliver to AusPost parcel lockers, which wasn’t made clear during the checkout process (I ordered from an online store and didn’t get to choose the courier). As a result, my parcel was held at their Canberra depot in Hume — with zero notification about whether I could pick it up or not.

I emailed them multiple times, and they selectively respond (if at all). I also called 3 times, and each time they said they’d follow up with the depot — but I never heard back. Meanwhile, my parcel just sat there for over a week, and I was left completely in the dark. I eventually had to pay extra just to get it redelivered, because there was no other option.

Honestly, if I could make a formal complaint or speak to someone higher up, I’d ask for a refund. This whole mess wasn’t my fault, and I feel really let down by the poor communication and service.

Not overly helpful customer service staff. They didn't contact me to arrange delivery to an address they're able to deliver to even though they have done this previously. Apparently it takes three days to process a pickup from the depot request, when funnily enough, the delivery is already at the depot awaiting collection and or redirection. Seems a bit counterintuitive. I then asked if someone could collect the parcel on my behalf, they advised that I needed to write an authorisation letter on a piece of paper, it's 2025 not 1925.

Aramex has officially outdone itself in setting new lows for customer service. The idea of a courier service is simple: deliver the package to the client—not the other way around. Yet somehow, Aramex has managed to push the limit to the absolute maximum, now expecting customers to pick up their own parcels from the courier. That’s right, the courier that’s supposed to bring packages to your door is now treating itself like a collection point.

This isn’t just a one-off incident; it’s a pattern of incompetence, poor service, and complete disregard for customer convenience. Delays? Standard. Unhelpful support? Always. Miscommunication? Guaranteed. Aramex has perfected the art of passing the burden onto the customer while doing the bare minimum. If you’re looking for a delivery service that actually delivers, you’d be better off with just about anyone else.

This service is not recommended. I received my parcel yesterday and noticed scratches on it. Despite the scratches being visible, the company still decided to deliver the parcel. Additionally, the item contained within was damaged.

This has to me the worst courier company in Aus. This is the 3rd time I've bought something off Ebay Aramex was the courier.
First time i had a missing parcel, second time they left it in an unsafe spot without my authority.
Third and hopefully final was a missed delivery, which is ok but they left no card, no way of contacting them.
After calling their number listed on google fort the Canberra depot i get put though to a call center in the Philippines, which from the start sounded really suss, they continued to ask questions they should already know from the tracking number i gave them and then they say i need the tell them whats in the parcel, it got really weird from there.
Now ever since that call I've been getting spam calls and login attempts to the email i supplied them.
