I've been a long term customer of ARB for probably 30 years. If you want cheap gear, don't go to ARB, go online. If you want top quality, this is the place to go. Just remember, the poor man always buys twice. Only ever had one problem with a Redarc relay; it was replaced on the spot free of charge, no question. I highly recommend ARB Toowoomba and I will continue to get my 4x4 kitted up there.

Decent store to buy products, but would be careful on getting things fitted there. I've had 2 poor experiences there now and won't have anymore installs done there. I had specific instructions on what I wanted done to my vehicle that was all written down by the team member I was dealing with, only to have the tech do something completely different when I picked the vehicle up. Very annoying and now left woth a product I didn't want.

Today I recieved some 1st class, old school customer service.
I Had some lighting issues with my 4 year old vehicle. They got me in straight away, assessed my vehicle with a plan to repair. Had it fixed in a couple of hours and I was on my way.
Think the ladies name was Mackenzie that made it happen. Great job,

We have had a new suspension put in our Grand Vitara. What a great they done!
We are from out of town, so they dropped us off up town and picked us up once ready.
They have asked us to come back before leaving this area to have a check-up to see if all is OK.
We found from the admin ladies to the driver to mechanical guys that the service is great. Very, very good!
Highly recommend this ARB store in Toowoomba!!

Not the best experience great product but customer service is extremely poor and rude once the $ are handed over.
Had a bar and winch fitted which was sent out incomplete and wireless function on winch not working as the reciever wasn't even fitted just a bare power wire.
Once fitted not even an apology, and rude when asked to show if it was actually working . Definitely not how you treat a customer when the job should have been sent out in working order !!!

Chris is great, professional and knowledgeable. I have only ever worked in sales so I’m hard to impress but Chris is simply honest which goes a long way with me. I even called to speak directly with the owner just to let him know how well his staff are doing. I spoke with these guys and they can fit a higher quality product at a cheaper price compared to a local car car dealer which I was surprised by. ARB definitely isn’t “expensive” as some people say because I chased multiple quotes from others and ARB offer the better price with much better service. Cheers boys 👍

Very helpful fellow that served us with what we needed , he said he was new to the team so well done , counter setup is very backwards being in the middle away from the customer counter and they have their backs to you asking your details doing invoices etc , found that a bit off putting to be honest.
