POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
In December 23 Arc-i repaired my Esab MIG welder, Arc-i replace the metal spiral sleeve going up to the hand pieces. They did not fit a genuine part, they choose one from another brand of MIG welder, it was a smaller diameter than the genuine part. From the image you can see the sleeve slides backwards when the feed stops, the sleeve end up under the feed roller.
I have approach Arc-i Osbourne Park, supplied photos of thier attempt to fix my MIG MIG welder. Arci is not interested in the problem they created, Arc-i only provides lip service.
All up cost of the Arc-i repair was $311.00
Go somewhere else, even if it means a long drive.
