I recently opened a deli and had a custom made cold plate made by arcus out of my three stores this is by far the pest plate.

Highly recommend ARCUS Refrigeration
I’ve been in the food industry for over 30years, Arcus has always delivered a superior product, is in contact throughout the build process which is a huge benefit to my schedule & their showroom is superior for all aspects of intelligent equipment a tier one restaurant requires.
They’ve thought outside the standard box many times on my restaurant installs, and have saved me thousands by responding to after hour call-outs
Most importantly, my beer is always ice cold

This company doesn't take any responsibility once they sold the equipment to you. Every one in here is just pretending that they are helping you.

Wasted weeks on quoting job, awarded it to Arcus at an agreed schedule. Had the site visit only to told that critical elements of the custom install I came to them to provide was excluded from the quote.
Still attempted to use them for the remaining part of the job that was not in question only to be told that they were not interested in half a domestic job

Be very cautious buying from this company. I paid a 30% deposit for a fridge, which after a long 9 weeks of waiting for it to be shipped, turned out to be different from what their salesperson had described. That salesperson has since moved on and their manager claims no responsibility, saying it is a "he said she said" situation. No, it is your representative selling your product. They now refuse to return my deposit, claiming that it will cost that 30% to restock the item which is just ludicrous. Their salespeople are well versed in slagging the competitors (e.g. when we mentioned "Caterlink" the manager referred to them as "Caterstink") so be wary of their tactics.

I definitely would not recommend this place to others. Look elsewhere (e.g. online through CafeIdeas) as Arcus' premium price tags do not come with an appreciable difference in quality or servicing. Save your time and money and don't make the same mistake I did trusting this company.
