What a lovely fitness centre!

This place literally offers the best-modern gym equipments, it’s super spacious, facilities are well maintained. Great quality and quantity is more than enough!
Staffs are pretty helpful and friendly 💯

During Morning time it can get pretty packed around the parking area but evening time its pretty quiet and nice 🙂

Some staff are good but there is a culture of not telling the truth if the answer is going to be uncomfortable. I was double charged for my membership twice. I complained and was told oh I'm sorry sir we will refund that immediately.

After a few days it was not refunded so I asked when then I was told it will take another week for the manager to approve it. ( Funny the manager did not need to approve the stolen funds)

Fast forward a week and we enquire again this time I'm told no we are not giving it back we will just change your direct debit so we can make up the difference over time?

Kind of unacceptable I needed that money now as I have direct debits for other things.

We also had issues with staff opening our lockers to let strangers go through our stuff. We had wrist band issues that they refused to replace unless we paid for them. Even though we were told they would be replaced for free by a staff member.

The whole place just makes me uncomfortable now and I'm glad we cancelled so we don't have to go back.

Great place to be a member, good clean facilities, and classes are easy to book and have good time slots. Although walking lanes require more supervision to keep them exercise without interruptions.

Well maintained aquatic centre with friendly staff.
I love the way that the indoor area is open to the outdoors on one side, to allow fresh air to circulate.
50m pool was blissfully empty when we visited.
Cafe looked nice; will sample next time.
The only thing I could have done without was the music playing through the speakers outside. Really not something I need, or even want when I am doing laps. Sometimes it's just nice to enjoy a bit of peace.

A very spacious area for leisure swimming. Has indoor and outdoor lap pools too. The indoor water is well heated and plenty of areas for kids tall and short to play it. The bubble spa's on the side are a nice touch, aswell as the lazy river. Other aquatic centres should be using armadale's as a blueprint of fun and success!

This is the first heated pool that actually works, the pool water in the kids area is Luke warm and walk in ready, perfect for when I'm in standing watching my kid. I think every other swimming pool should take note. We'll done Armadale👏👏👏

We had a blast my 3 year old Grandson Zaiden was practically Blue as he didn't want to get out. The outside pool was quite warm not ice cold as I had expected the atmosphere was great everyone was enjoying themselves, were going to have Zaidens 4th Birthday Party here it has BBQs an outdoor playing area as well. The only thing I thought was wrong was the price of the food it was quite expensive for what you got, we only had large chips with 2 cups of Tea & it was nearly $30 I thought maybe the girl had overcharged us. All in all a really lovely day I would highly recommend Armadale Aquatic Centre.

Sadly walkers and swimmer from general public do not get faiir acess- swim school has priority - no lane to walk or slow swim till 7.00 pm - thornlie pool much better
