Absolutely awesome service and happy to help with odd request I took my 10mm spanner down today that id taken the effort of turning into a key the blade fit the lock and my teeth cuts were a little off these guys were happy to try see what they could do in regards to cleaning it up and I'm happy to say I've now got a 10mm spanner that I use to open the front door with now 😂

Awesome experience with these guys today. Bought a hilux a few weeks ago and was never given a key to the canopy. After needing to suddenly use my personal ute as a work ute and not wanting to have my tools stolen I rang these guys and they fit me in to have new keys cut within half an hour of my call. Awesome customer service and awesome prices can’t recommend them highly enough!

Super service, many businesses should follow their example!
Request for estimate returned immediately, extremely helpful phone contact; they even suggested a cheaper repair alternative.
Repair done quickly and on pick up the price was reduced more.(reason: - did not take very long).
Glad to find someone in business for the customer, rather than just for themselves.

I went in asking for an appointment for a locksmith to come out and change the locks because we had our purse and keys stolen. The man I spoke to was so helpful, he spent about 15mins to walk me through the process of removing the locks from my doors so I can bring them into the shop so he could work on them right away.

Total cost was below $200 for 4 doors and I learnt a new skill. I would question anyone giving this busines less than 5 stars rating.
