Absolutely delighted with the installation of replacement glass for our living room front window. "Zane" was one of the best ambassador representatives of a company I've come across. He's an asset. "Amy" in the office was also the perfect customer service rep to speak with. The cost of the installation was very reasonable and the job was done so quickly... in and out. 5/5 no complaints and I strongly recommend ASAP Glass.

I have been using them through another business for the upgrading work of my shower. Their glass is off very good quality and everyone was helpful and professional. They are however quite slow in installing the glass but I'm still giving them 5 stars for their quality which I appreciate. If their turn around time could be faster no one can beat them ! Keep it up guys 🙂

Actually pissed off with my experience at asap glass. Firstly I get told the glaziers were coming between 7.30am to 8am as it was their first job……….so I ring an make sure there on their way, not to mention I have a work appointment at 9.30am that I had to be there by! It gets to 8.30 so I ring again a they mentioned they have to reschedule because their running behind…………..even though I was their first job, confused weather they were running behind from another job or just slept in……….then I suggested that they get here and I let them in so I Can go straight to work, so I don’t have to worry about coming back to get my keys, so we agreed on that, but didn’t rock up till 9.15!!!!. So when they did arrive late they didn’t bring the glass up with them and asked for my keys which I then had to leave work for to come back to get them! Then throughout the day I’m getting constant phone calls because I hadn’t immediately paid the invoice as I was sooooo busy from being behind at work because the glaziers being extremely late. Then got another call at 5.30pm to fix up the invoice as I was in the middle of a client at work and I suggested to settle the bill the next day, but she demanded it be paid as she mentioned on the phone to me she was finishing her shift soon so it needed to be paid ! Ok cool thanks for that info! Won’t be using you again! Terrible service!

Could not be more pleased with the response and the service from this company... spoke with Marcus early evening and a technician was at my house the next morning before 08.30am

Marty who dismantled and refitted the glass was nothing short of outstanding.. the job was on the second floor with difficult access... though nothing was too hard and always a smile on his face.

Just hope the Insurance Company is as obliging... well done to the whole team

Zane was incredibly respectful and mindful. I have cats and often have to remind people to keep the doors shut.. he just did it. Great conversation and definitely didn't come to f*ck spiders. Gets the job done in a timely manner 🤌
