Stay away from this guy. In 40yrs I've never seen such rudeness. Yelling and waving his finger at me, while I waited for his delivery truck to move (out of a very bad car park entry).
With his attitude and blatant disrespect for customers I can only imagine the quality of their 'products'. Yuck

They seem to be very helpful with ideas on how to make Indian dishes and what I should use to bring more flavour. Their meat is much better than the bigger players.

I had very bad experience with the owner / salesman. They are very very rude. They sold me frozen lamb/goat liver instead of Beef liver .It was 2 small frozen packet. One packet was beef liver another packet was goat/lamb liver. When I called and asked them they told me I am lying they never sell lamb or goat liver frozen. I can’t believe it a salesman or business owner can talk like this. I never want to go that shop again.

I found they try to talk Urdu or Hindi with Indian and Pakistani customers but they talked with me always English when I talked with my daughter Bangla in front of them. The owner is Bangladeshi but they are not very friendly with any Bangladeshi customers.

Well stocked Indian grocery and butcher, with halal meat and cuts not typically available at mainstream or other cultural butchers (offal, goat). Good spice selection for Indian cuisine.

Today I went to that meat shop traveling 1 hour from wyong to buy some halal meat but it was 5.30pm and the shop closes at 6 pm. I asked for lamb, beef or goat shoulder and they told me it's not available right now because they don't wanna cut the meat at that moment. The owner told me to come before 3 pm if I wanted to buy whatever I wanted. My friend was with me, he was laughing at me because of the owners behaviour.
My question is why you're still open if you don't wanna sell. Shut your meat shop at 3 pm and show it on Google that you're not serving any meat after 3 pm.

This is a must-visit store if,
a) You are having a perfectly cheerful day and want to spoil it,
b) You want to get all riled up and be in a belligerent mood before dealing with a pesky office colleague.

The 'C' in their shop name stands for customer service. Went there to buy some proteins, only to end up in an 'engaging' discussion with the aged man at the counter, who rather than listening to customer needs is a proponent of 'his way or highway' logic. God bless his old soul!
