Walked into this empty store, and experienced the warmth of an ice cube. I’m not even sure if there were 2 girls or it was just 1 but she refused to acknowledge me. Walked past her two times and nearly said hi first but she refused to look at me. Maybe she’s not used to seeing people from different demographics and she didn’t have the time or I assumed she thought as a brown person, I didn’t have the money to buy from this very average, bland store. She pretended she was arranging the table and I was about a metre away and again, nearly greeted her but thanks to her service, I decided that was enough for me and Assembly label wasn’t worth my time or energy.

I went during the store's warehouse sale and found the customer service and stock to be amazing. Staff were willing to do all they could to find me an item in the size and colour I was after. Ignore previous reviews about long wait times (it's something you'd expect for a warehouse sale duh!). Will definitely pay a visit again throughout the year during regular store opening hours.

Tbh i personally dont like their design, and i was here as my friend wanted to have a look. So i am writing this review based on my browsing experience.

We waited for about 20 mins in the line before the guy let us in. I would say their clothings are of good quality and design, and if you like their vibe, it’s not bad to have a discount up to 70%.

The reason why i would give one star less is that you do need to line up to get into the store, and you will need to line up for even longer if you want to use their changing rooms to try on your picks. True you can save some money shopping there, but you defo spend more time than usual. So it’s like you spend time to save money. And i think time is more valuable, so i would only give 4 stars.

Staff are lovely which is what the two stars are for, but as a long time shopper it’s disappointing that there are no longer the same deals- the sample racks with set prices for tee’s etc were so great! Last two times I haven’t purchased anything where as last year for $200 I’d get 5/6 items.

Nice spacious store with some current season and past season stock. Not a whole lot of smaller sizes especially in any of the discounted stock.
