Don’t usually post reviews but wanted to save others disappointment. Tried a number of ways to get in contact to get a quote for some fencing , never heard back. Only to be told from someone else on another page that they also had the same problem and when they finally got through was told they are no longer taking any more orders for the rest of the year … and it’s the beginning March … I believe they are just too busy to give good customer service. But a quick email reply to let someone know they can’t take on anymore jobs would save a lot of time for those waiting and hoping to get through as they are one of the only places who do certain types of fencing. Super disappointing. Save your time and try somewhere else.

I engaged them to complete pool fencing and front fence and pedestrian gate and sliding gate. I was warned by many not to proceed with them as they are unreliable. Against my better judgment I did. The delays were throughout every stage. Times given constantly for installations that never eventuated. Then they were provide no communication upon cancelling the installation date and dont communicate
a new date for at least a week. That new date doesn’t eventuate. I have now been left with paying in full before Christmas and the job has not been completed properly and installed. I now have to pursue legal avenues to have my job completed. The owner provided dates to fit it that again don’t come to fruition and they prioritise other work constantly. This was just truly an awful process for me.

Adam came out to measure and quote a front fence and sliding gate. Never provided the quote. I attempted to make contact on three subsequent occasions but to this day have not received a response. Can’t recommend if you actually want to get a job done

I had infill panels and a gate fabricated and fitted to an existing limestone wall enclosing my courtyard. I found the team at A&T Metalworks responsive and easy to deal with. There was a bit of a wait for install, but that’s to be expected with the current supply chain and workforce issues and there was no hurry on my side. Most important of all, the install was quick and easy and the fence looks absolutely fantastic. Really high quality work and product and I am very happy. Thanks!

Same experience as previous poster. Received an initial quote, had some questions about it, have been emailing/calling since June and have received no customer service in return. No return emails, when I call it’s always “yep I just need to talk to Adam about it and I’ll get back to you” which NEVER happens so we’re giving up on this business. Will be taking our business elsewhere as customer service is all promises and no action here.

We had the same experience as previous posters, while the team were polite and helpful when they’re responding, I think they’re just too busy to take on any new work, as we’ve been waiting 4 weeks for a quote. I don’t normally post on these forums, it’s more so to save further customer’s time, so you’re not waiting around.

After initially being told they would have a quote back the same day, these guys wouldn’t respond to a phone call, messages or emails over a 3 weeks period. Their workmanship looks quality,
hopefully they can lift there service to mach that same standard.
