Amazing customer service! I had an issue with my order and they replied to me on a Sunday the same day I sent the email! They sent the remaining order on Monday and I received it by Tuesday! Well done! I have purchased from this company quite a few times. I am amazed at how promptly they rectified the issue, seldom seen these days!Thank you for making it so easy and respecting your customers

Should have read the reviews before purchasing! Items are not as described despite calling to confirm prior to the purchase. They arrived damaged and when reached out to inform, they ignored and responded after second follow up but they're trying to put the blame on us for not reporting within 24 hours. Stay away from this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This company sells on eBay, however they advertise and charged me for express post but send it snail mail arriving very late after a tourist route of eastern Australia. After multiple complaints to ebay, I did get a refund from ebay however this rouge company needs to be held accountable, charging a fee for service that's not provided is against the law, everyone needs to avoid this company or not pay for a service they won't provide. I didn't even get an apology from this mob. plenty of other companies that sell the same items don't act in a fraudulent way so I suggest people shop elsewhere. EBAY needs to hold these companies liable so people are not scammed, this is why I'm leaving a google review since ebay won't hold them accountable. Consumer laws exist for a reason and companies like this need to shut down if they continue to act in this manner.

It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered
and I haven't received the item.
and they just hung up on me when I called to ask for a refund.
They are very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered 50 Large Grazing Boxes with lids as I have a grazing box business and my usual supplier didn't have them in stock.These boxes from Atpack are extremely poor quality, flimsy and I can't use them for my Fruit Boxes or Charcuterie boxes because they would not be able to carry the weight, even though it states on their website that they are suitable for food and fruits. I emailed them regarding this and their response was that they are only suitable for lightweight and simple installation and cannot bear too much weight as per their website. It says nothing like that on their website, it actually says it's suitable for food and fruit. When ordering from them, I expected them to be the same quality as other supplier's are as they are the same price. I have emailed them multiple times since requesting to return these boxes (as I can't use these cheap flimsy boxes) for a refund and they have just ignored me. Extremely poor quality boxes and rubbish customer service

Absolutely appalling service, I received multiple boxes that were damaged and glued together. Once I requested a replacement they told me no, that the return policy was only within 7 days. I was simply not asking for a refund but for my damaged products to be replaced.

Update, received the boxes today but would be great if they actually sent the right size out lmao

Called to double check an order I placed to make sure hadn't made a mistake (ordered two cartons of lids to 1 carton of boxes), great initiative. And order was placed on Monday lunchtime and dropped off Tuesday morning, excellent service.
